My daughter’s recent tooth extraction was a success, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr. Nigalye and the entire staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived for her first appointment through the follow-up call after surgery. I especially loved the music and overall vibe of the office—it felt very calm and relaxing. My daughter’s favorite part was the comfort menu, which helped her feel more relaxed during the process, and of course, the take-home ice cream was a huge hit! 😊 The nurses were wonderful and made sure we had clear post-op care instructions, and they even called afterward to check on how she was doing. They truly thought of every detail to make what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience!

Niagara Dental Implant & Oral Surgery provided one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. I drove all the way from Fredonia, NY, to have my wisdom teeth removed, and it was absolutely worth the trip. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. The surgical team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout my entire appointment. To top it all off, I left with a thoughtful recovery goodie bag, which was such a nice touch and made the experience even better. I highly recommend Niagara Dental Implant & Oral Surgery to anyone in the Buffalo area looking for oral surgery. They truly exceeded my expectations—10/10!

Referred by primary dentist for an extraction. I was a very anxious patient but his staff was so comforting. His clinical staff stayed with me through the procedure to reassure me. Dr. Nigalye was professional and kind. He explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. I had a very positive outcome and I received a follow-up phone the next day to check on me. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Such a great team here. Everyone was super supportive and always had a lot of information to share. They were so quick to see me and schedule my wisdom tooth removal. They are always quick to check in and answer any questions I had. If you like quick, easy and supportive work - check them out! Buffalo NY - 4 Wisdom teeth removed.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted today (March 2026) at this office and I cannot say enough about what a great experience it was. Starting off strong with the incredible customer service at the front desk, Krysta was completely knowledgeable about all things insurance, offered me a beverage while I waited, and explained everything fully in detail to my son and me. Emily came to get Will, and we were in the office for a total of one hour. They offered him a warm blanket and any music of his choice through the procedure. They sent us home with written, detailed instructions (after explaining everything for his after care in great detail). They gave him a beautiful insulated bag stocked with the ice cream of his choice from Lake Effect ice cream (Loganberry!), a halo ice pack, along with so many other things. They helped him to the car, and he was shocked at how nothing hurt, including the anesthesia, and that he truly was worried for nothing and it was the most wonderful experience that anyone as far as wisdom teeth extraction. I highly recommend this office.!
